News: Server Migration

Quick heads up, we’re in the process of migrating to a new server environment which will ultimately lead to such fun features as MySQL 5 which will enable you to upgrade those pesky WordPress installations. The downside to this is that we will be experiencing a little downtime, and our nameservers will change. We will post those details when the time comes.

Due to some issues with our billing software, for the time being we’ve moved back to standard, secure Paypal transactions. Thanks to all of those who participated in the beta test for our account creation software, we hope you’re enjoying your free accounts!

Free accounts set up during the beta test do not expire.

Upgrades: New Billing Software

We’re testing out the use of both iBill and WHMAutopilot and will continue to do so through the New Year before choosing the one we want to move forward with.

Signups are currently disabled, but we should be back on track soon!

As our clients are aware, a compromised Godaddy account allowed BangGraphix.biz to be transferred away. Obviously all of your files are still intact and your domains were safely on another registrar, but our new domain (BangGraphix.com) means new nameservers. Please use the following:

Hosting, Once Again

Our maintenance is nearly complete and we thought it was time to upgrade and switch out some scripts. We’ve got a new account creator to automatically bill you and create your hosting account. It does not register domains, you still have to contact us directly for that ( we are working on this ). Hopefully this new script will make account creation easier and quicker for our new and returning clients. If you’ve got problems with it please let us know.
